I am of the opinion that sports games are more exciting than the blood, guts and violence of the mature rated games of today. Why do people believe to shoot people or cops, crash or explode cars or going for a journey through the seedy underworld, is absolutely essential to take pleasure from a game? The feelings of excitement, the adrenaline rush and intense competition that games like NHL 2011, NBA 2011, and MLB 2011, to call several, deliver more excitement in an even more positive way.

I purchase games which are rated M– Mature, E–Everybody, and T–Teens. I won’t lie! I occasionally enjoy playing Call of Duty 4, Saints Row 2, Grand Theft Auto 4 and many others, but I always find my long ago to the sports games. I really could play them all night! The shear excitement and level of competition keeps me riveted to the game. I find myself yelling at the players for bonehead plays that I make. 메이저사이트 That’s how intense these games get me. Those other mature games that I previously mentioned are just as exciting, but may never get me compared to that point. They do have the capability to excite, but it’s a different type of competition, one that is not as intense or real.

Here’s a typical example of how sports games are maintaining, or even passing their mature rated counterparts. The mature rated games continue to add more blood, guts and violence to excite the gamer, where in fact the sports games are adding more real life abilities to the players. Case and point. Coming September 2011, NHL 2012 is likely to be released. NHL 2012 now has Full Contact. This means that everything in the arena is live. You now have the capability to shatter glass with body checks, knock opposing players into the bench, knock helmets off, and so much more. Goalies are live now for the first time. This enables the goalie to make sprawling saves, have the crease crashed by opposing players, knock the internet off it’s moorings and last but not least…Goalies Can Fight! If this doesn’t sound more exciting, then I am missing something in the translation.

In summary, I would like to claim that I don’t dislike mature rated games. They’ve their place with children over 17 years and adults, both of who’re mature enough to appreciate so it is really a game. That life doesn’t play out like a video game. But, for an even more wholesome and positive kind of excitement and competition, I feel that sports games are more exciting than mature rated games.
